Born and raised in the Greater Harrisburg area, Jim Priar Jr. is extremely knowledgeable about his hometown of Mechanicsburg, PA.  With his first-hand familiarity with the local community, his passion to be the best, and the value he places on honesty, he is able to help buyers find the best fit for the best price.

After high school, Jim relocated to California and resided there for 24 years while raising his family.  He worked in the electronic engineering field for 23 of those years and was also a residential appraiser for 2 years.  Jim subsequently moved back to Pennsylvania and received his real estate license in 2006.  His successful business model is based on the strong  partnerships he maintains with local homebuilders and contractors.  Jim specializes in residential, new construction and investment sales.

In addition to his real estate activities, Jim is an active member in the Progress Fire Company Home Association, VFW and American Legion.  Jim loves to play golf.
